We Are So Excited to Celebrate
It's one of our favorite nights of the year! We get to sing those familiar carols, our kids (and some adults) dress up as wisemen and shepherds to re-enact the Nativity Story, and we sing Silent Night by the light of candles.
It's magical. It's familiar. It's home.
We hope you're planning on celebrating with us as we gather to remember the birth of Christ and endeavor to spread the New Hope of Christmas to everyone we meet. Our organist will play hymns starting at 6:30pm
and our worship will begin at 7pm
It's also a great opportunity for us to participate in this season of giving. All of the offering collected on Christmas Eve will go to building new homes at Eden Village
, right here in Springfield, and helping the people of Haiti though the United Methodist Committee on Relief
. You can also bring back your full basket for Rare Breed on Christmas Eve, or anytime until January 5.
We have been busy planning, preparing, and praying for this service and can't wait to celebrate with you all!
