There's nothing better than a summer picnic, let's be honest. The smell from the grills, the buffet of homemade foods and desserts, and the feeling of cold water as someone smashes a water balloon on your back.
We're getting the whole crew back together for our All-Church Picnic on Sunday, August 24, from 4-7pm in the Nathanael Greene Park Pavilion. The church will supply hamburgers, hot dogs, and condiments. You all will bring the rest: sides, salads, desserts, and drinks.
Here's what different age groups are responsible for bringing:
- Under 45: Chips, dips, and some soda, tea, or lemonade.
- 45–65: Side dishes and salads.
- Over 65: Desserts (the really, really good ones!)
The church will bring coolers of ice, a few gallons of ice water, and utensils, plates, and napkins.
